About the role

WorldLink HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading restaurant in Ghana for friendly, presentable Waiters/Waitresses to deliver great table service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Make menu recommendations and upsell
• Process payments through the POS
• Keep tables and service areas clean and set
• Handle guest queries politely

Requirements

• WASSCE/SSSCE minimum
• Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred
• Excellent communication and a pleasant attitude
• Neat appearance and good teamwork
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
