Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff
Control food and labour costs to meet budget
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations
Prepare daily and weekly sales and stock reports
Requirements
HND/Degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field
