WorldLink HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics company for a Fleet Manager to oversee vehicle performance, maintenance and driver management.
Responsibilities
Manage fleet operations, allocation and utilisation
Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs
Monitor fuel use, mileage and operating costs
Supervise and assess drivers
Ensure vehicle licensing, insurance and roadworthiness
Enforce road safety and compliance standards
Requirements
Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or related field
5+ years in fleet or transport management
Knowledge of fleet tracking and maintenance systems
Familiarity with DVLA and road transport regulations
