Data Manager / Analyst

About the role

Dr Dr Do Good is looking for a detail-oriented Data Manager/Analyst to keep our platform's data accurate and organized. This is a light-workload, part-time-friendly role. You don't need to be an expert; we will train you on our systems. If you're comfortable with software and take pride in clean records, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Add new provider and platform records accurately
• Update and correct existing data as needed
• Keep records organized, consistent and free of duplicates
• Run routine data checks and flag errors or gaps
• Prepare simple reports and summaries when requested
• Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organization and time management
• Willingness to be trained on our systems
• Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
