Responsibilities
Supervise cashiers and floor staff during shifts
Process payments and reconcile daily sales
Open and close the till and prepare shift reports
Resolve billing disputes and guest complaints
Ensure service and cleanliness standards are met
Report stock and equipment issues to management
Requirements
HND/Diploma in Accounting, Business or Hospitality
